Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.75 per package via PostNL, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@saevus-nutrition.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exception

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, powders, creams, capsules, drinks, oils and other sealed products, they can only be returned unopened and in an undamaged condition (seal intact). If you have damaged products during use, Saevus Nutrition can charge this.

Products for which the seal (safety packaging) has been broken can only be returned if Saevus Nutrition customer service has been contacted explicitly and this has been agreed to.

Restitution

After receiving your return notification, Saevus Nutrition will return the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
The refund will always be made via the same method as the payment used at the time of purchase.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right. You can contact us by sending an email to info@saevus-nutrition.com
