When and how do we collect your personal data?
Our starting point is that we only collect or process your personal data with your explicit consent. You give this permission in writing when you purchase a service or product from Saevus Nutrition.
Retention period.
Saevus Nutrition does not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law. The personal data will be retained during the period in which the service and/or product is provided by Saevus Nutrition.
After delivery of the product or service, the user's personal data will be deleted as quickly as possible, but no later than within a maximum of 3 months after delivery of the service or product.

With whom do we share your data?
In principle, Saevus Nutrition does not share your data with anyone. We may only be obliged by law to share data with the judicial authorities, in the context of legal proceedings or with other government authorities, or expressly at your own request.

Security.
Saevus Nutrition takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Saevus Nutrition has taken the following measures to protect your personal data. All private data is stored on a hard drive of a PC (computer or laptop) that is only used by Saevus Nutrition.
If Saevus Nutrition uses your data, the PC (cpmputer or laptop) is protected with a firewall and virus scanner. This PC is secured with a fingerprint. The PC (computer or laptop) only contains your e-mail address and telephone number.
Saevus Nutrition also uses a smartphone. This only contains your telephone number and your email address. Only Saevus Nutrition has access to this smartphone. This smartphone is secured with a fingerprint.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Saevus Nutrition and you have the right to data portability.
This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization or person mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to Saevus Nutrition.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, you must enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy.
This is to protect your privacy. Saevus Nutrition will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
