If you lift so much weight that you look like a construction worker carrying an apartment building, but your shape resembles a crooked banana, you almost booked a ticket to snapcity. Keep your ego in check and work your muscles smartly, don't show off.

Cardio Overdose: You float on the treadmill like an astronaut in zero gravity. But remember, don't forget your strength training. Add some strength training to your routine so you don't accidentally become a marathon runner without even realizing it. Muscle mass also burns 3 times as many calories as fat mass. By increasing your muscle mass with strength training you can increase your resting metabolism.
